ING.O.M. RAMIREZ Y ASOCIADOS, S.A. - OMR - is a structural engineering firm based in Panama City, dedicated to consulting and project design, with an extensive concentration in tall buildings.
Our 35 years of accumulated experience translates into an extensive portfolio of diverse projects, which includes the structural design of approximately seventy (70) buildings, between 15 and 86 floors, with a global investment value of over three (3) billion dollars (USD 3,000 MM).
TECHNOLOGY
State-of-the-art tools and procedures are used for the evaluation of structural performance, in order to optimize projects. Likewise, analysis and design services are offered using sophisticated procedures such as performance-based design, incorporating linear and non-linear time history analysis. Ing. O.M. Ramírez y Asociados, S.A. has incorporated tools and technologies into its design processes such as wind tunnel tests, Osterberg cell pile tests, nonlinear dynamic analysis, and performance evaluations.
